Terms and Conditions

1. By purchasing a French Bulldog puppy from Hill Frenchies LLC, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of sale.
2. All French Bulldog puppies sold are guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale and are AKC registered. Buyers will receive all relevant documentation upon finalizing the purchase.
3. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. Full payment must be completed before the puppy is handed over to the buyer.
4. Puppies are sold on a non-returnable basis. In the rare instance of a health issue, as defined by a veterinarian within a specified period, discussions about potential returns or refunds can be initiated.
5. The buyer agrees to take good care of the puppy, including but not limited to, regular veterinary care, proper feeding, and safe housing. The puppy should not be subjected to harmful conditions or treatment.
6. Unless explicitly purchased and documented, all puppies are sold as pets and not for breeding. Breeding rights come with additional responsibilities and fees.
7. Hill Frenchies LLC is not liable for any mishaps, illnesses, or injuries occurring after the puppy has been handed over to the buyer.
8. Buyers agree to provide updates on the puppy's health and well-being at specified intervals for the first year.
9. Hill Frenchies LLC reserves the right to change, modify, or amend these terms at any time.
10. Any disputes arising out of this agreement will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Miami Dade County, Florida.
